How can I check the status of my transfer?

The majority of transfers are completed within 2 hours of the expected arrival time. However, in some circumstances, it may take a little longer. Here are a few of the most common causes of transfer delays, as well as some proposed solutions.

1. We may need to perform additional verification depending on the amount you send and the country/ currency you send to. If we do, we'll send you an email with the details. So, anytime you set up a transfer, pay attention to your email

2. When a transaction is successfully completed, it means Leatherback has sent your funds. It may, however, take several working days for it to reach and be processed by the recipient's bank. In addition, depending on the currency you're sending to, it may take longer.

3. When the recipient's information is wrong, transfers are sometimes delayed. In this instance, some banks will still process the transfer, but it will take longer for them to connect it to the correct account. They may also return the funds to us, in which case we will request that you send the funds again
